  Ideal frequency of Tweets  per day : 1-4 per hour, 24-96 per day.
  Best day for using : Mid week and weekend. Because people have enough time to  hang out with others on weekend. Mobile phone was developed to use social media at any time.but if someone get complex or complicated things that require professional ability, they keep in mind before using this method.

3. what are the best times to share on Facebook?
 -  Saturday, noon

4. What is the time zone? and What was their big take-away on this? 
 - Nearly by 50% of the U.S population is in the Eastern Time zone.
 - The Eastern and Central Time Zones combined represent almost 80% of the U.S                population.

   What are some reasons why West-coast companies might take this into consideration and what are some reasons why West-coast companies might choose to ignore this advice? 
 - Actually, it's up to where do company's main targets of customers live or what are the company's selling strategy. If the company concentrate on the west-coast area customers, time zone is not important actually; but the company take into account that eastern area consumers are the major customers, company has to consider the time-zone seriously holding their incomes considerably.
